Processing Times All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are shipped weekly every Saturday. During high-volume periods (holidays, launches, and sales events), processing may take additional time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (US) We ship via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx. Estimated delivery times vary by service selected at checkout and do not include processing time.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
